How Solvo handles account information, uploaded knowledge, and customer conversations.

Information we process
We process account details, workspace settings, documents you upload, and conversations created through your installed chat widget.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate users, index uploaded knowledge, generate grounded support answers, deliver human handoffs, and operate the service.
AI and infrastructure providers
Document content and customer questions may be sent to Google's Gemini services to generate embeddings and responses. Solvo also uses third-party infrastructure providers for database hosting, authentication, email delivery, and application hosting.
Your responsibilities
Only upload information you are authorized to process. Do not upload secrets, payment-card data, health records, or other highly sensitive information unless you have confirmed the service is appropriate for that use.
Retention and deletion
Your workspace data remains available while your workspace exists. Deleting a workspace removes its documents, indexed chunks, conversations, and messages from the active service database.
