Using Solvo

You may use Solvo to create and operate customer-support assistants for businesses you own or are authorized to represent. You are responsible for activity in your workspaces.

Your content

You retain ownership of documents and conversation data you provide. You grant Solvo permission to process that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use Solvo for unlawful activity, abuse, deception, malware distribution, unauthorized surveillance, or content that infringes another person's rights.

AI responses

AI-generated responses can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing your knowledge base, monitoring conversations, and taking over when a human response is appropriate.

Availability and changes

Solvo is provided on an as-available basis. Features, limits, and pricing may change as the product develops. Material changes will be communicated through the service where practical.
