Getting started
Create a workspace, upload at least one useful help document, test a real customer question in the widget preview, then copy the installation snippet to your website.
Document issues
If a document shows Failed, open Documents and select Retry. Documents with no readable text cannot be indexed.
Widget installation
Paste the script before your closing body tag. After loading your website once, the dashboard will confirm the host where Solvo is live.
